Key Responsibilities
- Source suppliers, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts and pricing
- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with procurement policies
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, delivery timelines, and compliance
- Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier documentation
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost‑saving opportunities
- Coordinate with internal departments to forecast needs and manage inventory levels
- Prepare procurement reports and support audits as required
Qualifications
- Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems is an advantage
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
