- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors.
- Analyze market trends to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Maintain supplier relationships and performance evaluations.
- Prepare purchase orders and manage inventory levels.

- Source and purchase materials, components, and services according to company requirements.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers; negotiate price, terms, and lead time.
- Issue purchase orders (POs) and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery delays or quality problems.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
- Collaborate with internal departments (production, logistics, quality control) to ensure procurement needs are met.
- Analyze inventory levels and coordinate with inventory control teams to avoid overstock or shortages.
- Support cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in selecting and developing new suppliers.

- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience
- Skills and Competencies: Expertise in Excel, knowledgeable in ERP systems and purchasing software
- Working Conditions: Office environment, possible remote work
