Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Procurement Officer with a focus on Marketing procurement to manage sourcing of materials and supplier coordination. You will negotiate with suppliers, align with internal stakeholders on timelines and specifications, and ensure timely processing of purchase requests and orders.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of procurement or supply chain experience, with Marketing procurement experience highly preferred and exposure to marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 3 years of procurement or supply chain experience.
• Marketing Procurement experience is highly preferred.
• Experience handling marketing materials, events, activations, printing, advertising, or related services is an advantage.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement requirements for Marketing materials and related categories.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, timelines, and specifications.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, timelines, and specifications
• Ensure timely processing of Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with agreed terms
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field
• At least 3 years of procurement or supply chain experience
• Marketing Procurement experience is highly preferred
• Experience handling marketing materials, events, activations, printing, advertising, or related services is an advantage
• Retail experience is preferred
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
