Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a Sourcing Specialist with expertise in Negotiation and Contract Drafting to join our procurement team in Mariveles, Bataan. You will identify, evaluate and secure suppliers while negotiating favourable terms and drafting contracts that protect the company's interests.

You will work cross-functionally with operations, finance and quality to ensure cost efficiency, timely delivery and compliance with ISO-like standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or commerce.
• 1–5 years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain with supplier negotiation experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Proficiency with procurement processes and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers through market research and benchmarking.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and SLAs with suppliers.
• Draft and finalize procurement contracts and purchase agreements.
• Manage the full procurement cycle from requisition to delivery and invoicing.
• Maintain supplier records, performance metrics, and contracts for audit.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and quality teams.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage underperforming relationships.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company procurement policies.
• Attend supplier meetings and site visits as needed.
