Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Procurement Director in Taguig for full-time onsite work. The role leads the corporate procurement category across markets, driving value, cost efficiency, and operational improvements.

You will partner with internal stakeholders while supporting global procurement initiatives to strengthen financial performance and sustainable sourcing practices. The position requires 5+ years in procurement or category management, strong negotiation skills, and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or professional qualification required.
• 5+ years procurement or category management experience in multinational or FMCG environments.
• Strong background in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
• Proven ability to manage projects, analyze data, and influence stakeholders across regions and functions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing or guiding teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and lead supplier negotiations to secure favorable agreements.
• Manage supplier relationships, oversee RFIs/RFPs, and ensure contracts deliver value aligned with business goals.
• Support cost optimization initiatives, supplier performance improvement, and procurement process standardization.
• Lead and develop procurement team members while fostering collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
• Deliver cost savings, manage budgets and forecasts, and ensure compliance with procurement governance and reporting standards.
• Drive innovation by exploring new sourcing opportunities and leveraging supplier capabilities to improve efficiency and competitiveness.
• Promote sustainability initiatives by engaging suppliers in responsible sourcing and environmental commitments.
• Manage supply risks and ensure business continuity through effective supplier planning and coordination.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sourcing standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 5 years of procurement or category management experience, ideally within a multinational or FMCG environment.
• Strong background in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
• Proven ability to manage projects, analyze data, and influence stakeholders across different regions and functions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing or guiding teams.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
