Job summary

Emapta is seeking a Purchasing Manager to strengthen procurement operations for a premier Australian media powerhouse. You will manage purchase orders in JD Edwards, resolve invoice discrepancies, and drive workflow improvements across procurement processes.

The role emphasizes three-way matching, accounts payable collaboration, and data-driven optimization. It offers a day-shift schedule with onsite work in Ortigas and growth within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• Hands-on experience in data entry, administration, procurement, or purchasing.
• Experience using JD Edwards or similar ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Generate, issue, and manage purchase orders in JD Edwards based on quotations and requisitions.
• Verify account codes, ensure Delegation of Authority compliance, and obtain approvals from business teams.
• Receive and process supplier invoices against POs and receipts in JD Edwards.
• Perform three-way matching to verify pricing, quantities, terms, and schedules.
• Review invoices within authorized thresholds and route to Accounts Payable for processing.
• Confirm goods receipt with Inventory and Receiving teams and resolve unrecorded receipts.
• Escalate and resolve PO–invoice discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams.
• Suggest improvements to JD Edwards procurement workflows to boost automation.
• Support inventory control, data analysis, and procurement reporting as needed.
