Job summary

Emapta Philippines is hiring a Procurement Analyst to manage software procurement across vendors, licenses, renewals, and related reviews. You will coordinate with Legal, Information Security, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure compliant processes and optimal software spend.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in procurement, vendor management or finance operations.
• Hands-on software procurement experience for SaaS licenses, renewals, and vendor reviews.
• Familiarity with MSAs, SOWs, software agreements, licensing terms and renewals.
• Strong Excel/Sheets and enterprise procurement/workflow systems knowledge.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based or global procurement operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage incoming procurement and vendor onboarding requests in the procurement intake system.
• Validate completeness and accuracy of requests and track through approval, contracting and PO issuance.
• Coordinate with Legal and Information Security to facilitate vendor reviews.
• Assist with contract routing, redlines and storing signed agreements.
• Support PO creation and ensure correct cost center and GL coding; monitor cycle times.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or finance operations


• Hands-on software procurement experience is required, including purchasing or managing software, SaaS subscriptions, licenses, renewals, and technology vendors


• Strong knowledge of purchase requests, vendor onboarding, approval workflows, contract coordination, and purchase order processes


• Experience coordinating with Legal, Information Security, Finance, and other stakeholders throughout software and vendor procurement reviews


• Familiarity with contract structures such as MSAs, SOWs, software agreements, licensing terms, subscriptions, and renewals


• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and enterprise procurement or workflow systems


• Experience with ZIP, Coupa, Ariba, or similar procurement platforms is an advantage


• Strong written English communication, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with excellent attention to detail


• Ability to manage concurrent procurement requests, deadlines, and approvals while maintaining accurate, audit-ready documentation


• Experience supporting U.S.-based or global procurement operations is preferred


• Willing to work extended hours during critical financial periods and local holidays when required

Responsibilities

Procurement Operations & Request Management:

• Process and manage incoming procurement and vendor onboarding requests in the procurement intake system


• Validate completeness and accuracy of requests


• Track requests through approval, contracting, and purchase order issuance


• Support vendor onboarding activities including documentation collection such as W-9, contracts, and pricing schedules


• Coordinate with Information Security and Legal teams to facilitate vendor reviews

Contract & Commercial Support:

• Coordinate with Legal and internal stakeholders on contract routing and redlines


• Track contract status and ensure signed agreements are properly stored


• Assist with commercial benchmarking and pricing comparisons for renewals and new vendors

Purchase Order & Spend Controls:

• Support purchase order creation and tracking with accurate line-item details


• Ensure correct cost center and GL coding


• Monitor procurement cycle times and flag stalled or non-compliant requests
  
• Identify common errors or delays and recommend process improvements

Success Measures

• Reduction in procurement cycle time


• Improved request completeness and first‑pass approval rates
