Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking a Fleet & Purchasing Manager to optimize the lifecycle of company vehicles, manage procurement processes, and ensure cost-effective fleet operations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The role requires hands-on experience in purchasing, fleet management, and ERP systems such as JD Edwards, along with strong Excel skills and knowledge of IVMS or telematics. Join a global unit based in Ortigas with day shifts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in purchasing, procurement, fleet management, or supply chain administration.
• Hands-on expertise in JD Edwards (JDE) or a similar ERP system.
• Proficiency in Fleet Management Systems (FMS) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with telematics or IVMS software is desirable.
• Strong understanding of 3-way matching principles, basic Accounts Payable workflows, cost centre allocation, and Fringe Benefits Tax reporting guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle of all leased and company vehicles, including procurement, dealer delivery, upfitting, and handover.
• Maintain a real-time central fleet asset register with cost allocations and driver information.
• Process vehicle requests through approval workflows and enforce fleet policy.
• Manage IVMS data, telematics, and safety coaching in collaboration with HSS.
• Prepare quarterly KPI reports on fleet costs, utilization, and vehicle performance.
