Job summary

Emapta is seeking a Fleet and Purchasing Manager to optimize fleet assets, procurement, costs, and compliance from its Ortigas office in the Philippines. You will manage end‑to‑end fleet lifecycle, vendor governance, and invoicing in JD Edwards while driving cost efficiency and safety.

You will collaborate with global teams, ensure policy adherence, and leverage telematics data to coach drivers and improve operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in purchasing, procurement, fleet management, or supply chain administration

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet lifecycle from procurement to handover, including end-of-lease inspections and asset registry.
• Collaborate with management and cost centre owners to align fleet ops with corporate strategy.
• Oversee IVMS, telematics data, and safety coaching; lead incident investigations as needed.
• Process PO creation, invoice matching, and 3-way matching in JDE; ensure DOA compliance.
• Prepare quarterly commitment reports and maintain fleet KPIs; manage insurance claims and cost controls.
