• Proven track record of high-stakes negotiation and contract management.
• Ability to translate complex spreadsheets into actionable cost-saving strategies.
• Good communication skills to translate technical data for non-technical stakeholders.
• Flexible and willing to take on additional tasks as needed.
• Willing to work on-site in Guiguinto, Bulacan.

The Procurement Manager is responsible for the strategic procurement of food, beverage, and non-food supplies across the entire restaurant group. This role focuses on balancing cost efficiency with high-quality standards, ensuring that every location has the inventory needed to operate seamlessly while maintaining healthy profit margins.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.
• 5+ years of procurement experience, specifically within the Food & Beverage (F&B) or hospitality industry. Experience with multi-unit chains is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and Inventory Software.
• Proven track record of high-stakes negotiation and contract management.
• Ability to translate complex spreadsheets into actionable cost-saving strategies.
• Good communication skills to translate technical data for non-technical stakeholders.
