Job summary

Newcore Industries International Inc is seeking an experienced Procurement Lead in Manila to develop and implement procurement strategies for fit-out and interior construction projects. You will source and negotiate with suppliers for finishes, fixtures, furniture, and MEP components, while managing subcontractor accreditation and contracts.

Oversee procurement planning based on BOQs and project timelines, collaborate with PMs, engineers, and designers, and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 7–12 years of procurement experience in construction or fit‑out projects
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and subcontracting processes
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and vendor management
• Familiarity with BOQs, technical specifications, and project costing
• Experience with ERP systems and procurement software
• Strong leadership, planning, and decision‑making skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
