• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience: At least one (1) year related experience.
• Can work onsite (BGC, Taguig City).

Responsibilities

• Process approved purchase request via regular canvassing procedure
• Sources for the requested goods and or service (3-canvass rule)
• Analyze quotes, compare prices and negotiate for the best and final offer
• Prepare canvass sheet, purchase order and payment request
• Ensure timely delivery of goods
• Act as a liaison to resolve order discrepancies, shortages, delays, or other supply chain issues
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, update price lists, and prepare procurement reports for analysis
• Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company standards, budgets, and acquisition policies

Education

Basic Functions

• Source key suppliers and process their pre-qualification application requirements




• Update the master supplier database and ensure the inclusion only of suppliers who were accredited through a pre-qualification process




• Negotiate the procurement requirements and ensure that the materials and products meet the company's specifications, delivered on time, and received in good condition
