Job summary

Motocareers in the Philippines is seeking a Procurement Specialist to drive strategic sourcing, vendor management, and compliance across the company.

You will coordinate with suppliers, maintain critical documentation, and support warranty claims while ensuring quality and cost efficiency. This on-site role is based in Bagumbayan, Quezon City and requires strong English and Filipino communication skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• Experience: At least 1 year in procurement or purchasing.
• Communication: Proficient in English and Filipino.
• Skills: Basic procurement, supplier relations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing: Canvass and compare competitive suppliers to ensure the best balance of quality, cost savings, and value for the company.
• Vendor Management: Handle supplier accreditation and maintain an updated vendor database.
• Compliance & Documentation: Organize critical procurement documents and ensure all purchasing rules are strictly followed.
• Operations Support: Coordinate directly with suppliers and efficiently manage warranty claims.
