Job summary

J&T Express is seeking a Procurement Associate to provide administrative support to the Procurement Department. The role includes canvassing, processing purchase requests, ordering supplies, and scheduling deliveries to ensure adequate materials are available.

The candidate will review requests, prepare POs, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, manage inventories, and respond to order inquiries. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and E-commerce/logistics experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1 year of relevant Procurement experience preferred.
• E-commerce or logistics background is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Review purchase requests based on current inventory and allocation of supplies, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.
• Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary.
• Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
• Perform buying duties when necessary.
• Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, warranty servicing, and other problems.
