Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics, Customs Administration, or related field.
• Experience in both local and import procurement operations.
• Knowledge of purchasing processes, supplier coordination, and import procedures.
• Experience with suppliers, customs brokers, customs agents and freight forwarders.
• At least 1 year in Procurement / Customs or similar field preferred.
• Licensing as Customs Broker (LCB) preferable or relevant customs clearance experience.
• Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City.

Responsibilities

• Review purchase requests based on inventory availability and operational needs.
• Review and process purchase orders with proper documentation and timely supplier communication.
• Coordinate with local and overseas suppliers, including China-based suppliers, on orders and schedules.
• Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternatives.
• Respond to supplier and internal inquiries regarding orders, changes, cancellations, and deliveries.
• Perform sourcing, quotation review, supplier coordination, and order management.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to expedite deliveries and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with regional procurement teams to align processes and requirements.
• Support import procurement documentation, customs requirements, and shipment tracking.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure policy compliance.
