Job summary

Abbott in Philippines is seeking a Procurement, Logistics and Administration Lead to oversee end-to-end procurement, vendor management, contract administration, travel, and workplace services. You will drive efficiency, ensure compliance, and optimize costs while supporting employees and stakeholders.

You will manage contracts, invoices, spend analytics with Power BI, and coordinate logistics and facilities across the site in Taguig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in Procurement, Administration, Logistics, Facilities Management, Supply Chain, or Corporate Services.
• Experience in vendor management, procurement operations, contract administration, and financial coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including PRs, POs, RFPs, petty cash, and cash advances.
• Manage contracts, MSAs, SOWs, renewals, amendments, and terminations; maintain renewal tracker.
