Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field required.
• Minimum five years in procurement, administration, logistics, or related area.
• Experience with vendor management and contract lifecycle is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities including PRs, POs, RFPs, petty cash, and cash advances.
• Manage supplier sourcing, onboarding, performance evaluation, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate contract renewals, MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and terminations.
• Oversee travel, logistics, and transportation services.
• Oversee facilities, workplace services, and administration.
• Monitor procurement spend, dashboards, and reporting metrics.
• Support governance, audits, and continuous process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and financial controls.
