TDCX Philippines is seeking a Procurement Lead to manage end-to-end sourcing for IT, marketing, travel and events. You will coordinate requirement planning with end users, review PR/RFQ processes and supervise procurement specialists.

Sources Possible Vendor per assigned commodity: IT, Marketing, Travel, Engagement and events.
Handle insurance requirements of the company (Property insurance, CGLI, etc)
Coordinates with end user/requester for requirement planning
Identifies Vendor per approved requirement pl
Reviews approved PR
Performs Requests for Information (RFI), Request for Quotation (RFQ)
Approves Purchase Order in SAP
Initiate annual vendor evaluation
Submit Vendor Performance report
Submit Spend Analysis report
Check, review and approve vendor documents for accreditation
Manage and supervise Procurement specialists
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your nature/classification of employment in the organization and as may be deemed necessary by the company in its evolving business exigencies and requirements.
Completed at least 2yrs in college; associate or diploma courses are accepted
Preferably a bachelor’s degree holder of accountancy/finance or any related course
At least 3-5 years working experience in local Procurement
Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques and strategies
Must have strong negotiation skills
With good communication skills
Has knowledge and background with PEZA
Minimum of 2 years on a lead/supervisor capacity
Experience with any ERP systems such as SAP or D365
