Job summary

You will coordinate supplier engagement, ensure compliant purchasing, and maintain thorough record-keeping across multiple ongoing initiatives.

The role requires 4-year education and procurement experience; preference given to candidates with engineering background and relevant industry insight.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of work experience in procurement management.
• Experience in processing purchase requisitions and orders.
• Preferably registered engineer in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil.
• Experience in engineering materials/equipment sourcing and pricing.
• Experience in construction and real estate/properties industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise procurement staff and provide training and assessment.
• Perform regular audits of procurement documents.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Record-keeping of all agreements and contracts.
• Source contact suppliers for future procurement needs.
• Process purchase requirements for equipment materials, supplies, goods and services needed.
