Job summary

DoubleDragon Properties Corp. is seeking a Procurement Manager to supervise training and assess procurement staff, and to conduct regular audits of procurement documents while handling multiple ongoing projects.

The role requires sourcing suppliers for future needs and processing purchase requirements for equipment, materials, supplies, goods and services. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years in procurement management, preferably with engineering background, and experience

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's Degree.
• With at least 3-5 years of work experience in Procurement Management.
• Preferably a Registered Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineer.
• With experience in engineering materials/equipment sourcing and pricing.
• With experience in an industry specializing in construction and real estate/properties.
• With knowledge of processing purchase requisitions and orders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the work and provide adequate training and assessment of procurement staffs.
• Perform regular audits of all procurement documents.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proper handling and record-keeping of all agreements and contracts.
• Able to source/contact suppliers needed for future procurement needs.
• Process the purchase requirements for equipment materials, supplies, goods and services needed.
