Job summary

VHermosa Bright Corp. in Cavite, Philippines, is seeking a seasoned Procurement Specialist to lead sourcing for construction materials, equipment, tools, and fixed assets.

You will manage supplier relationships, evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement regulations while maintaining budget and deadlines.

Qualifications
