VHermosa Bright Corp. in Cavite, Philippines, is seeking a seasoned Procurement Specialist to lead sourcing for construction materials, equipment, tools, and fixed assets.

You will manage supplier relationships, evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement regulations while maintaining budget and deadlines.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree and 3–5 years of experience, with strong analytical and communication skills to support project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain, preferably in construction or asset management.
• Strong knowledge of procurement for construction materials, equipment, tools, and fixed assets.
• Experience in sourcing, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Familiarity with construction materials, specifications, and market pricing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement projects within deadlines and budget.
• Understanding of procurement regulations and ethical purchasing.
