Lendi Group is seeking a Procurement Coordinator in Metro Manila to manage procurement and facilities workflows, supplier onboarding, and contract administration. You will ensure data integrity, timely processing, and effective governance across multiple teams.

The role requires 1+ year in procurement coordination, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with workflow tools. A hybrid work setup is offered with weekly Makati office presence.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a procurement coordinator role.
• Exposure to procurement, contracts, or vendor management and to ticketing/workflow tools and spreadsheets.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement and facilities workflows, onboarding, contract management, reporting, and governance across lifecycle.
• Review tickets for completeness and attach required documents.
• Route requests through approved workflow stages and maintain up-to-date statuses.
• Coordinate onboarding across Australian and PH stakeholders and suppliers.
• Prepare and maintain contract records, including DOA-compliant signatures.
