is seeking Procurement Engineers, preferably Mechanical Engineers, to secure timely and cost-effective acquisition of high-quality construction materials and equipment for water infrastructure projects. The role requires strong technical coordination with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and the Warehouse Team to ensure materials meet specifications and to prevent delays on our ongoing and upcoming infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in procurement.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction materials and equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Amenable to a full on-site work setup and willing to visit project sites when required

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and reliable delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process purchase requests, purchase orders, and related documentation accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and the Warehouse Team to monitor material availability and prevent project delays.
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and address any potential quality issues/discrepancies.

Inc. is a construction company with 22 years of experience specializing in water infrastructure projects, including pipelaying, wastewater facilities, and reservoir engineering. We are currently managing seven ongoing projects across Greater Metro Manila in partnership with Manila Water and Maynilad Water.

About the Job:
