Job summary

create synergies inc. is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement activities for company operations and projects in Makati City.

The role collaborates with Engineering, Project Management, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure timely and cost-efficient acquisitions while maintaining quality and supplier performance. The position requires 2–5 years of procurement experience in relevant industries, with strong negotiation and analytical skills, and proficiency in ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 2–5 years of procurement or purchasing experience.
• Experience in engineering, construction, renewable energy, electrical, manufacturing, or industrial industries is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, including sourcing, quotation requests, supplier evaluation, purchase order processing, and delivery coordination.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services to support project schedules and operational requirements.
• Monitor purchase orders and supplier commitments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Source, evaluate, and accredit suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and reliability.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations and recommend improvements.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations to ensure the best value for the organization.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and commercial agreements within approved procurement policies.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining product quality and project timelines.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Project teams to monitor inventory levels and forecast procurement requirements.
• Assist in inventory planning and procurement forecasting.
• Prepare and maintain procurement records, purchase orders, supplier contracts, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and internal controls.
• Support audit requirements by maintaining complete and accurate procurement documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Warehouse, Finance, and Logistics teams to support project execution.
• Resolve procurement-related issues that may impact project timelines or operational efficiency.
• Provide regular procurement status updates and reports to management.
