Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing in the Philippines seeks a Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end Procure to Pay for direct and indirect materials and services, ensuring compliance with policy and cost targets.

You will review contracts, issue spot purchase orders, maintain supplier catalogs, analyze markets, negotiate, and drive savings while coordinating with Finance to resolve payment discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing and purchasing activities.
• Strong customer and supplier relationship management skills.
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Good cultural awareness and negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage Procure to Pay process for direct/indirect materials and services per policy.
• Review and establish short/long-term contracts, issue spot purchase orders.
• Maintain and upload contracts in the Contact Portal; set up catalogues.
• Analyze market directions, supplier positions, risks, and opportunities for lowest cost.
• Initiate contracting strategies to drive savings and value creation.
• Analyze quotations, set up contracts, issue POs, and assess supplier performance.
• Coordinate with Finance to resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Drive cost optimization and cross-functional collaboration on savings targets.
