• Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Experience with hardware, electrical, or construction-related products preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP systems required.
• Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Review, approve, receive, and process online material requests.
• Source and purchase materials, equipment, services from qualified suppliers; prepare canvass sheets with quotations from at least 3 suppliers.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and RFPs for suppliers.
• Process replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.
• Support supplier accreditation and vendor relationship management activities.
