Job summary

Asian Sourcing Link Phils., Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to act as the critical bridge between Sales, Merchandising, Logistics, Graphics, QA and QC teams.

You will manage products from development to shipment and coordinate overseas accounts through the full lifecycle. The role requires 4–5 years in Promotional Merchandising, with experience in gift and premium a plus, and strong cross-functional collaboration with Global Sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between Sales, Merchandising, Logistics, Graphics, QA and QC teams to manage products from development to shipment.
• Manage overseas accounts through complete product lifecycle: enquiries, quotation, development, order processing, safety testing, and supply chain management.
• Serve as the primary communication conduit with overseas Sales teams, collaborating with merchandising, quality management, creative and Global logistics departments.
• Manage all briefs submitted by Sales team and provide project management support to plan, execute and track projects.
• Communicate with intercompany departments to ensure production and supply stay on schedule.
• Coordinate with Merchandising and Logistics to ensure pricing is returned on time and in full for submission to Sales.
• Collaborate with QA to plan and arrange Quality Management plans.
• Develop critical paths for product development and orders to meet client timelines and deliverables.

The Job:

Act as the critical bridge between Sales, Merchandising, Logistics, Graphics, Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams, to manage products from development to shipment, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with client expectations. Manage overseas accounts independently through the complete product lifecycle by coordinating enquiries, quotation, product development, order processing, safety testing, and supply chain management. Serve as the key communication conduit with overseas Sales teams by collaborating closely with merchandising, quality management, creative and Global logistics departments.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage all briefs submitted by Sales team.
• Plan, execute and track projects, providing timely and effective project management support to the Sales team.
• Communicate with intercompany departments on a daily basis to ensure production and supply remain on schedule.
• Liaise with Merchandising and Logistics teams to ensure pricing is returned on time and in full for submission to the Sales team.
• Collaborate with the internal QA department to plan and arrange Quality Management plans.
• Develop critical paths for all product developments and orders, working with Sales, Merchandising, Logistics, Graphics, Quality Assurance and Quality Control to manage client expectations regarding production timelines and deliverables.
• Verify Customer Purchase Orders (CPO), Sales Orders (SO), and Costing Sheets, collaborating with the Sales team to ensure data integrity and completeness.

• Maintain up-to-date project and order status records.

The Person:

• Minimum 4 – 5 years’ experience in Promotional Merchandising; candidates with experience in gift & premium will have an advantage
• Experience in working closely with Global Sales teams and other cross‑functional teams
• Strong Project Management skills with ability to orchestrate multiple concurrent projects and orders simultaneously
• Good communication, problem-solving, and organization skills. Proactive, attentive to detail, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Good PC knowledge, including proficiency in MS office applications
• Good command of language skills in both written and spoken English
