Job summary

Asian Sourcing Link Phils., Inc. is seeking a proactive Project Manager to act as a bridge between Sales, Merchandising, Logistics, Graphics, QA and QC. You will manage products from development to shipment and oversee overseas accounts through the full lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery and client alignment.

The role requires collaboration with global sales teams, strong project management, and excellent English communication to handle multiple concurrent orders and timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in Promotional Merchandising or gift & premium.
• Experience with Global Sales teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong project management and multi-project orchestration.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and organization skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage briefs from Sales team and coordinate across departments.
• Plan, execute and track projects with timely PM support.
• Communicate daily with intercompany teams to keep production on schedule.
• Collaborate with Merchandising and Logistics on pricing submissions.
• Coordinate with QA/QA to align quality management plans.
• Develop critical paths for product developments and orders.
• Verify POs, SOs, and costing sheets for data integrity.
• Maintain up-to-date project and order status records.
