Asian Terminals Incorporated (ATI) seeks a Procurement Officer to ensure transparent, competitive, and compliant procurement while aiding project delivery, cost optimization, and risk management.

The role involves managing end-to-end procurement for civil construction, maintenance, and infrastructure projects, coordinating contractor sourcing and post‑award activities, and working closely with project teams, finance, legal, and operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, quantity surveying, and contracts management.
• Strong organization, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end procurement activities for high‑value civil construction, maintenance, repair, consultancy, and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinates contractor sourcing, negotiations, contract award recommendations, post‑award administration and related duties per policies.
• Collaborates with project teams, finance, legal and operations stakeholders.
