Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• Licensed civil engineer preferred.
• 2–5 years of construction project management, site supervision, quantity surveying, estimation, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and engineering standards.
• Experience in quantity take-off, cost estimation, and project budgeting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure milestones are met on schedule.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance.
• Prepare and review project plans, schedules, reports and documentation.
• Perform quantity surveying, cost estimation, and budget monitoring.
• Evaluate project costs and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure proper allocation of manpower, materials, equipment, and resources.
• Review contractor billings, variation orders, and project claims.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Attend project meetings and provide status updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and local building codes.
