Job summary

iRhythm Technologies Inc. is seeking a Contract Analyst in Procurement to support global operations. You will draft, review and negotiate vendor contracts, track status, and maintain documentation while aligning with legal and company policies.

You will collaborate with Operations, IT, HR and Legal teams across the organization. Ideal candidates have proven contract management and negotiation experience, strong contract-law knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance or related field.
CPCM certification is a bonus.
Proven experience in contract management, negotiation, and analysis.
Strong understanding of contract law and compliance standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting and negotiating terms.

Responsibilities

Contract drafting and negotiation across MSAs, SOWs and software/service contracts.
Collaborate with Operations, Procurement/Supply Chain and Legal teams.
Track contract status and maintain contract databases.
Serve as liaison between company and vendors.
Ensure contracts comply with laws, regulations and policies.
Provide support on contract interpretation, negotiations, and terms.
Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to completion using the CLM system.
Help develop and improve forms, templates and playbooks.
Succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
