Job summary

iRhythm Technologies Inc. is seeking an Inventory & Logistics Analyst to monitor demand, set optimal field inventory levels by account, and execute replenishment shipments. You will collaborate with carriers and internal teams to drive inventory optimization and mitigate disruptions through data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes hands-on analysis, leadership in risk mitigation, and adherence to HIPAA standards while managing multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years in inventory management, demand planning, or related roles.
• Strong ability to analyze demand trends and inventory performance to make actionable recommendations.
• Excellent Excel skills and experience with ERP/BI/forecasting systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily inventory reporting.
• Analyze customer demand trends and inventory consumption patterns to identify optimal inventory levels.
• Execute inventory adjustments to maintain target service levels while minimizing excess inventory.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks; plan with internal stakeholders to minimize customer impact.
• Manage inventory aging/expirations and asset recovery across accounts; drive recovery efforts.
• Prepare and present inventory performance metrics, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders and iRhythm associates.
• Identify processes to improve and recommend enhancements.
• Adhere to HIPAA standards in handling patient data.
