Job summary

iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Contract Analyst, Procurement to support global operations from a remote Manila location.

This role will draft, review and negotiate vendor contracts, manage contracts and liaise with Operations, Procurement and Legal teams. The ideal candidate has experience in contract management, negotiation, and analysis, with strong knowledge of contract law, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Law, Finance or related). CPCM is a bonus.
• Experience: Proven experience in contract management, negotiation, and analysis.
• Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of contract law and relevant regulations.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze terms and identify risks.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for drafting and negotiations.
• Organizational Skills: Manage multiple contracts and track deadlines.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

About This Role

iRhythm is seeking a Contract Analyst, Procurement to join the Procurement Department and will support the business globally. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for supporting the Company’s Operations, IT, HR and Procurement teams and report to the Senior Director, Procurement. Our ideal candidate will be an experienced, creative, and pragmatic problem solver, with an attention to detail, who excels at reviewing complex agreements for accuracy, compliance with company policies and legal regulations, and potential risks.

Responsibilities

The candidate selected for this role will assist with the following:

1. Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Prepare, review, and negotiate various vendor contract types, including MSAs, SOWs, consulting, software and other service contracts.
2. Collaboration: Work with iRhythm’s Operations, Procurement/Supply Chain, and Legal teams and other business partners throughout the organization to ensure alignment of legal and business terms.
3. Contract Management: Track contract status, maintain accurate contract databases, and manage contract-related documentation.
4. Vendor Liaison: Serve as a liaison between the company and vendors..
5. Compliance: Working with internal legal counsel, ensure contracts adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
6. Support and Advice: Provide support to other departments on contract-related matters, including contract interpretation, negotiations, and contract terms..
7. Contract Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to completion utilizing the company’s CLM system.
8. Process Improvement: Help develop and improve forms, policies, templates and playbooks.
9. Work well in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Education And Experience

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree (with a focus in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field, beneficial). Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) certification a bonus.
2. Experience: Proven experience in contract management, negotiation, and analysis.
3. Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of contract law, including relevant regulations and compliance standards.
4. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze contract terms, identify potential risks, and interpret complex legal documents.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting, negotiating, and explaining contract terms.
6. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple contracts, maintain detailed records, and track contract deadlines.
7. Technical Skills: Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Essential Skills

1. Strong business and personal ethics and integrity.
2. Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision in a team and matrix environment, sound judgment and strong attention to detail.
3. Experience with legal workflow technologies such as e-signature, document management, and contract lifecycle management.
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
