iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Contingent Workforce Specialist to drive end-to-end contingent hiring from requisition intake through onboarding.

You will partner with hiring managers, staffing vendors, and HR teams to fulfill temporary and contract roles while ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience. Key activities include screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding support, plus governance of vendor relationships and recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably supporting contingent workforce, volume hiring or staffing operations.
• Experience working with staffing agencies and third-party labor providers.
• Proficiency with ATS and HR systems (Workday experience preferred).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle contingent workforce recruitment from requisition intake through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, hiring timelines, and candidate requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and facilitate hiring decisions.
• Maintain service level agreements and hiring metrics to ensure timely hiring outcomes.
• Support contingent worker administration within Workday and related systems.
• Review work orders, worker records, and contingent workforce documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with HR Operations, Payroll, Legal, Procurement, and Finance as needed to ensure smooth lifecycle management.
