Job summary

iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Contract Analyst, Procurement to support global operations from a remote Manila location.

This role will draft, review and negotiate vendor contracts, manage contracts and liaise with Operations, Procurement and Legal teams. The ideal candidate has experience in contract management, negotiation, and analysis, with strong knowledge of contract law, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Law, Finance or related). CPCM is a bonus.
• Experience: Proven experience in contract management, negotiation, and analysis.
• Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of contract law and relevant regulations.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze terms and identify risks.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for drafting and negotiations.
• Organizational Skills: Manage multiple contracts and track deadlines.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor contracts including MSAs, SOWs, software and other services.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Legal teams to align terms.
• Track contract status and maintain contract databases and related docs.
• Serve as a liaison between the company and vendors.
• Ensure contracts comply with laws and company policies.
• Provide support on contract interpretation, negotiations, and terms.
• Manage the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to completion using CLM.
• Help develop forms, policies, templates and playbooks.
• Excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
