Job summary

iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Contract Analyst, Procurement to support global operations from Manila. You will review complex agreements, ensure policy compliance, and mitigate risks across operations, IT, HR, and procurement teams.

The role emphasizes drafting, negotiating, and managing vendor contracts with attention to detail. The ideal candidate has proven contract management experience, strong legal acumen, and excellent communication skills, with proficiency in CLM tools and MS

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field (beneficial).
  • Experience: Proven experience in contract management, negotiation, and analysis.
  • Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of contract law, including relevant regulations and compliance standards.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze contract terms, identify potential risks, and interpret complex legal documents.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting, negotiating, and explaining contract terms.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple contracts, maintain detailed records, and track contract deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with e‑signature, document management, and CLM technologies.
  • Essential Skills: Strong business and personal ethics and integrity. Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision in a team and matrix environment, sound judgment and strong attention to detail.
  • CPCM certification is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Prepare, review, and negotiate various vendor contract types, including MSAs, SOWs, consulting, software and other service contracts.
  • Collaboration: Work with Operations, Procurement/Supply Chain, and Legal teams and other business partners throughout the organization to ensure alignment of legal and business terms.
  • Contract Management: Track contract status, maintain accurate contract databases, and manage contract-related documentation.
  • Vendor Liaison: Serve as a liaison between the company and vendors.
  • Compliance: Working with internal legal counsel, ensure contracts adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Support and Advice: Provide support to other departments on contract-related matters, including contract interpretation, negotiations, and contract terms.
  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to completion utilizing the company’s CLM system.
  • Process Improvement: Help develop and improve forms, policies, templates and playbooks. Work well in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

About This Role

iRhythm is seeking a Contract Analyst, Procurement to join the Procurement Department and will support the business globally. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for supporting the Company’s Operations, IT, HR and Procurement teams and report to the Senior Director, Procurement. Our ideal candidate will be an experienced, creative, and pragmatic problem solver, with an attention to detail, who excels at reviewing complex agreements for accuracy, compliance with company policies and legal regulations, and potential risks.
