What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and foreign suppliers
• Negotiate prices, quantities, delivery schedules, and contracts to secure the best deals
• Source pumps, motors, and related products, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards
• Facilitate supplier accreditation, evaluation, and performance monitoring
• Maintain and update supplier databases; find alternatives when needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to support purchasing needs and improve sourcing processes
• Handle supplier-related issues, from inquiries to incident resolution
• Represent the procurement department in cross-functional projects and improvement initiatives

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Proven experience in sourcing, purchasing, or procurement—preferably in the pumps and motors industry
• At least 3 years of work experience as Technical Buyer
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and critical thinking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
