Job summary

At least 1 year of procurement experience.

Responsibilities

Perform activities to achieve the set key performance indicators.
Coordinate with stakeholders on specifications, procurement process and delivery progress.
Perform RFI, RFQ/RFP, negotiation and logistics processes as required. Submit recommendation for approval.
Source, qualify, accredit suppliers, and monitor performance.
Determine, communicate, and monitor action plans when performance does not meet the set expectations.
Monitor and report progress of assigned procurement activities and deliverables.
Ensure that issues encountered in the conduct of the activities are promptly addressed.
Perform other duties that may be essential to the achievement of the objectives.
