Job summary

Enable PH is seeking a Procurement Officer in Metro Manila to manage the end-to-end purchasing process, negotiate favorable terms, and drive cost efficiency across the organization. The role collaborates with multiple departments to identify needs and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.

The candidate should bring 4+ years of procurement experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role, and possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain Management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of procurement experience.
• At least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• ERP familiarity (SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
• Graduate of Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions with suppliers.
• Monitor and track orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage procurement contracts and ensure compliance.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
• Work closely with internal departments to understand their procurement needs.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Generate reports on procurement activities, costs, and savings.
• Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and minimize opportunity loss.
• Provide regular updates to management on procurement status.
• Oversee procurement team members.
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
