Job summary

Qualifications

• Trade or Vocational School graduate; TESDA Warehouse Services Training preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a Team Lead/Supervisory role in food manufacturing/production.
• Willing to report onsite at Merville, Parañaque City.

Responsibilities

• Delegates responsibilities, checks attendance, and supervises processing staff across areas.
• Oversees receipt of raw materials from warehouse for correct quantity and quality.
• Supports cycle counts, month-end inventory, and monitors daily excess raw materials.
• Maintains hygiene and orderliness to prevent contamination in processing sections.
• Monitors processing areas, facilities and equipment to fulfill job orders.
• Verifies monitoring checklists to ensure data for traceability and food safety.
• Records results to ease traceability of product history.
• Coordinates with warehouse to prevent shortages and unserved orders.
• Leads the team, maintains positive dynamics, and supports performance.
• Mentors new team members and ensures satisfactory job execution.
• Reports food safety incidences to facilitate prompt resolution and protection.
