Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP and other food safety regulations.
• Proven experience in process optimisation, equipment operation, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Proficiency in production planning, inventory management, and performance metrics tracking.
• Strong communication skills across multiple departments.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and food safety.
• Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Familiarity with production management software and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations, including process monitoring and production schedules.
