Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Facilitates screening patients by checking the test results based on the allowable values and recommends screening status whether passed or failed in accordance with the clients guidelines.
• Evaluate completeness of medical requirements for Fit for Sea Duty recommendation.
• Prepare medical reports and endorsement letters for unfit PEME cases.
• Coordinate with departments to secure test results and support patient screening.
• Prepare monthly census and PEME monitoring reports.
• Address patient inquiries and escalation complaints received through social media platforms.
• Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Medical, Healthcare, Allied Health, or any related field.
• Experience in PEME processing, medical screening, or healthcare administration is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in documentation, report preparation, and records management.
• Highly organized and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Willing to have Saturday duties.
