Job summary

OSM Ship Management PTE. LTD. Cebu City clinic seeks an MD with strong clinical admin leadership to oversee policies and programs that improve patient care and clinic experience.

The role partners with the Medical Director of Operations for PEME operations and physician productivity, ensuring smooth daily clinic operations and the execution of business strategies to meet organizational goals. Telemedicine oversight includes examinations, evaluations, feedback calls, follow-up emails,

Qualifications

• MD degree and licensed to practice medicine.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with Telemedicine is advantageous.
• Maritime safety and health knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute clinical administrative policies and programs to enhance patient care and clinic experience.
• Ensure smooth clinic operations to support organizational growth and goals.
• Collaborate with Medical Director of Operations for PEME Operations and physician productivity.
• Implement business strategies to help the branch meet organizational goals.
• Oversee Telemedicine doctors' day-to-day operations including examinations, evaluations, feedback, follow-up emails, and certificates processing.
• Work with Medical Director to drive performance management and interventions to bridge gaps.
• Identify stakeholders and plan effective communication and engagement.

• Execute clinical administrative policies and programs to enhance patient care and improve clinic experience.




• Responsible for ensuring smooth clinic operations to support the growth and achieve the goal of the organization.




• Work closely with the Medical Director of Operations for PEME Operations and Physician’s productivity.




• Implement business strategies to help the branch meet organizational goals.




• Oversee the day-to-day operation and function of Telemedicine Doctors such as but not limited to Physical Examination, Evaluation, Feedback Calls, follow up Emails, Certificates Processing related to prevention and Management diseases.




• Work closely with the Medical Director in driving performance management for the branch and developing interventions to bridge performance gaps.




• Identify and analyze stakeholders and systematically plan to communicate and engage with them

Required Qualifications and Experiences:

• Graduate of Doctor of Medicine




• Excellent written and verbal communication skills




• With knowledge and experience in the use MS Office applications




• Trained in Maritime Occupational Safety and Health (MOSH) and Maritime Medicine is an advantage




• Exposure in Holistic Medicine and Telemedicine is an advantage
