Job summary

Coherent Corp. Philippines is seeking an Electrical/Engineering professional to sustain production line requirements through process and equipment engineering activities.

You will ensure all machines and stations operate efficiently, provide preventive maintenance, calibration, and repairs, and support yield improvement and cost reduction. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience in process and equipment

• Sustain production line requirements through process/equipment engineering activities and ensure machines/ stations operate properly.

Job description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible in sustaining production line requirements with respect to process and equipment engineering activities. He/she is responsible in ensuring all machines/equipment/process stations are working in good condition and is able to meet requirement of production line. Other periodic responsibility includes preventive maintenance, calibration support, machine repairs, jigs and fixtures improvement, and support to any engineering activities related to yield improvement, cost reduction, product qualifications, etc.

Education & Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology, or any Engineering Course (Diploma, Bachelors) or its equivalents with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in process and equipment engineering support.

• This role is 100% onsite / hybrid / remote
