Job summary

Coherent Philippines Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced engineer to sustain production line performance through process and equipment engineering support. The role requires ensuring all machines and stations operate reliably to meet production demand.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years in similar settings, strong teamwork and proactive problem-solving abilities. Willingness to work shift patterns and overtime as needed is preferred.

Job Description:

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible in sustaining production line requirements with respect to process and equipment engineering activities. He/she is responsible in ensuring all machines/equipment/process stations are working in good condition and is able to meet requirement of production line. Other periodic responsibility includes preventive maintenance, calibration support, machine repairs, jigs and fixtures improvement, and support to any engineering activities related to yield improvement, cost reduction, product qualifications, etc.

Education & Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology, or any Engineering Course (Diploma, Bachelors) or its equivalents with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in process and equipment engineering support.
