Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Process and Productivity Improvement Officer to drive end-to-end process analysis, reporting rationalization, and workflow redesign across the sector. The role aims to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual workload, and enhance reporting effectiveness by identifying opportunities and supporting implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or related field.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in Banking Operations, Finance, MIS/Reporting, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, workflow redesign, project management, or analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of reporting and workflow tools is an advantage.
• Experience in PMO, consulting, operational redesign, or transformation projects is preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end process analysis, reporting rationalization, and workflow redesign initiatives across the sector to improve efficiency.
• Lead documentation and assessment of current-state workflows and operational processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional discussions to support redesign initiatives and validate requirements.
• Support execution of approved process improvement and redesign initiatives and track progress.
• Maintain documentation of assessments, working papers, and implemented improvements.
