Job summary

Manulife Financial is seeking a Process Design Analyst to collaborate with the Operational Excellence Team to drive transformation, improve processes, and boost operational performance across the organization.

You will document processes, lead fact-finding, map improvements, and work with training teams to update knowledge bases and procedures. A University degree and strong analytical and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Understand, analyze and document processes.
• Conduct process walkthroughs and fact-finding sessions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Develop recommendations and participate in solutions development.
• Collaborate with Training Teams to update knowledgebases and documentation.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Support project management activities including planning, scheduling, governance and execution.
• Pursue mastery of LEAN and Agile practices and tools.
