Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist-2 to identify and manage process improvement initiatives across the account using Lean Six Sigma, RCA, and related tools. You will act as a business partner to champion bottlenecks and drive transformation through automation, RPA, and AI.

The role focuses on supporting Continuous Improvement programs, mapping current processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years related experience or an equivalent education/experience background.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified.
• Experience in Business Process Outsourcing and Shared Services Operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage process improvement initiatives across the account.
• Lead Continuous Improvement Programs across multiple functions.
• Champion bottlenecks and variations using Lean Six Sigma methods.
• Support Operations Tower on process improvement and automation projects (track KPIs).
