Job summary

GoPrime Technology Corp. is seeking a Quality & Process Specialist to develop and monitor quality standards and drive process improvements. You will analyze workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and standardize processes to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will lead SOP development, perform quality audits, and prepare dashboards while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–4 years of QA/process improvement experience.
• Experience with QMS, process mapping, and continuous improvement methods.
• Experience in retail, distribution, logistics or FMCG is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP and Power BI knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process docs.
• Monitor processes for compliance with standards and policies.
• Conduct quality audits and identify gaps for improvement.
• Analyze data and KPIs to recommend enhancements.
• Lead or support Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality initiatives.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement CAPA.
• Collaborate with department heads to improve workflow efficiency.
• Provide training on quality standards and process improvements.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on quality performance.
