• Detailed process discovery, mapping, and analysis using enterprise BPM standards.
• Design and document target-state processes (To-Be) aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities using lean techniques.
• Prepare process documentation and artifacts including maps and design documents.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and transformation initiatives to ensure practicality and scalability.
• Identify automation-ready processes for Automation & AI COE alignment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and risk requirements in design work.
• Support continuous improvement by monitoring performance metrics and feeding insights.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed process discovery, mapping, and analysis for assigned business domains using enterprise BPM standards and modeling conventions established by the Process Architect.
• Design and document target-state processes (To-Be) aligned with the enterprise process architecture framework, ensuring consistency with established standards and methodologies.
• Analyze operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities, applying lean and value-driven improvement techniques.
• Prepare process documentation and artifacts including process maps, procedures, and design documentation in accordance with enterprise BPM governance standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and transformation initiatives to ensure redesigned processes are practical, scalable, and aligned with operational requirements.
• Identify and prepare automation-ready processes, supporting the Automation & AI COE pipeline by structuring processes for automation feasibility assessment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and risk requirements by incorporating governance requirements into detailed process designs in coordination with the Process Architect and Process Compliance Manager.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by monitoring process performance metrics, identifying improvement opportunities, and feeding insights into transformation planning.
